Welcome to the home page of www.tarling.net -  the home of Tarling Family History, from the web, database and surname study team.  We are a volunteer team aiming to collect, collate and distribute all details of Tarling family history, old and new and with variants and derivatives to the name, for free or at as low a cost as possible.

Site of the season: George Baynes brilliant family history site features this excellent page on The Tarling Family Tree. This encompasses 300 years of the most famous Tarling branch which links into the Baynes family with Ernest Stanley Tarling who died in the dentist's chair (and his son married into the famous Potier branch of the Tarlings).  Congratulations to George on an informative and classy web site.
