Further notes:
A brace } appears across two lines just before the 'Condition as to marriage' column covering Robert Ridout and Clara L. Ridout implying that they are married to each other.  Could Clara L. age 2 be their daughter?

In the 1871 census for Edward and Harriet there appear a Lilian Annis and Violet Annis listed as nieces, so perhaps Arthur and Frederick above may be distant relatives??
