Benefits of Membership


The Friends of Norwood Grove is for all users of Norwood Grove and local residents; and our mission is:

"To promote and encourage the use of Norwood Grove, and to increase public awareness of its historical and ecological significance.  To monitor and advise on any proposed developments, changes, preservation or conservation work to Norwood Grove"

Our membership is only £5 and we are designed mainly as a campaign organisation; so the main benefit is that members will have contributed to that mission, and helped give us all an effective say in the promotion and preservation of Norwood Grove.

Other benefits include:
  • Our newsletter which comes around as and when necessary - via street co-ordinators. News and background items concerning Norwood Grove.
  • The mailing list which is the first source of any news or developments.
  • Access to the Members web area - with minutes, news of proposed events etc,
  • An invitation to the two Members-only social events we are planning a year: winter and summer.
  • Advice from committee members and other members.
